We require applicants to provide an itemized budget and justification as part of the financial support application process. The information in this section is provided to help you estimate the cost of attending the training school. Please do not book travel or accommodation until you have received confirmation that you have a place in the training school.

Transportation: Participants should plan to arrive to Gävle, Sweden in time for the start of the course, which begins early in the morning on 3 July. Participants should plan to depart no earlier than the evening of 7 July. For those individuals arriving by plane, the most convenient and recommended way to travel from the airport to Gävle is by train. Ticket time tables and prices are available at www.sj.se/en/

Accommodation: Hotel rooms will be available at a reduced rate arranged through the training school, therefore it is not necessary to include this cost in your budget. However, we do need to know the number of days you will require overnight accommodation. Please provide this information, and indicate if you are willing to share a room.

Food: Lunch will be provided daily, along with coffee breaks as well as two dinners. For those staying at the hotel arranged by the training school, breakfast will also be provided daily. Because meals will be provided for the majority of the school, we will not reimburse for food or drink.

Registration: There is no registration fee.
